What shipping service do you use?

Unipak UK partners with DHL for parcel deliveries and Bow Transport for palletised consignments. This dual‑channel logistics strategy ensures reliable, cost-effective, and timely delivery of both standard and bulk packaging orders across the United Kingdom.

How can I track my delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched, Unipak UK will send you a tracking number via email, typically within 24–48 hours of dispatch. To view live delivery updates, you can:

Do you offer local collection?

At present, Unipak UK does not offer a local collection service from our Nottinghamshire facility.
