At Unipak UK, we pride ourselves on delivering a dependable and seamless shopping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms related to the delivery of products purchased via our Shopify store, in full compliance with UK regulations and industry best practices.

 

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all regions within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Currently, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

 

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the following working day.

During peak trading periods, such as Christmas or promotional events, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

 

3. Delivery Options & Timeframes

We offer the following delivery options at checkout, with shipping rates automatically calculated by Shopify based on your location and order details:

 

  • Standard Delivery – 3 to 5 working days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier disruptions, weather conditions, or public holidays.

 

4. Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are clearly displayed during the checkout process. From time to time, we may offer complimentary shipping promotions. These will be communicated via our website and marketing channels.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your parcel using the link provided or by logging into your account on our website.

 

6. Delivery Issues

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the tracking link provided. Should you require further assistance, contact us at sales@unipak.co.uk with your order number.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Unipak UK is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer. Redelivery fees may apply.

 

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Should you receive a damaged parcel or discover that items are missing from your delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will require photographic evidence and your order details to initiate a resolution in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

 

8. Pre-orders and Backorders

If your order contains pre-order or backorder items, the estimated shipping date will be clearly stated on the product page. All items will be shipped together unless otherwise requested.

 

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon being posted to our website.
